  1. well done to everyone trying to prove me wrong, you are all right, and obviously I am wrong... BTW, you completely missed the point here but at least you proved that you are also an arrogant tjop who rather wants to be right than safe. So if the next car passes 2 millimeters from you and you throw your arms up in the air and make gestures etc. just remember that you dont care about being safe and promoting safe cycling. Happy days
  2. nope, how on eart must I take that pic from the right hand side of the car without capturing the dash etc. my brother in the passenger side took it
  3. Was driving down Frans Conradie opposite brights and PnP in Boston yesterday and saw this bunch of guys cycling up the road. When I spotted them they were riding 4 abreast and talking and not giving a damn about any vehicles passing them. as I approached they made some poor effort to get out of the road but still riding 3 abreast! so I had to change lanes to pass them and hooted at them and got flipped off by the most right hand side guy. Obviously some UBER funriders training for the double century and giving us cyclist a bad name, and then people are surprised why there are so many accidents that include cyclists...
  4. sorry, soooo not HOT
  5. okay, Im not the heaviest of riders, but I have one and knows a BIG dude that rides one and no problems
  6. have you looked at the FR-211 frame? Very nice!
  7. If you're not top 3... youre last . End of story
  8. let me put it to you this way... Riding with a 2 x 10 you mostly use the lowest 4 gears at the back on flats or at speed (and to avoid riding cross chain) and on the small ring you maybe ride the 5 top big gears at the back on the hills. So in total you use about 9 or 10 of your 20 available gears. With 1 x 10/11 you use all your gears, and with the correct ratio you'll lose maybe the biggest one or the smallest one that was available on the 2x10 setup. So if you take a concrete pill and drop the biggest gear, its just a little bit more effort to get up the steep ones, and by the time you really cant pedal anymore everyone else will prob be walking already. And did I say that it looks awesome when you look down and its so CLEAN! no FD no chainguide. And it all looks so cool and saves weight too!
  9. make a shim out of a red bull can if it still isnt tightening
  10. started off with a 32T but only used the bottom 5 gears now Im riding a 36 in the front and its perfect, I don't get stuck in the 10 and 11 all the time on the flats or run out of gears and on the climbs I only go onto the 42 when the gradient is really high. But in general the guys like a 34, good allrounder for xc and marathon
  11. how about a set of these hot cages on there? let me know if you want some...

  19. Let me know when you want to upgrade to a 32T in the front ive got one for you
  20. also from what I can see on the picture, you definitely got a bargain because the picture shows one brake and you got two!
  21. agree with Peregrinate and all the rest, if rotors were included you would have had to specify size etc, or you would have been given the option of specifying rotor size when ordering. Also why dont you just contact them and ask them before running straight here and throwing all your toys out of the cot for two little rotors. why all the aggression these days here on thehub, you guys need to get on the bike and get rid of it there!
  22. just delete the ride and upload it again happened to me too. dont think you are taking this too seriously, i mean you put in the effort so its your reward. And while you are at it, go flag some of the other guy's rides... muhuwahahaha
  23. Clyde River, Glasgow
  24. thanks, think the shot was more to do with luck but came out well in the end
