you can have long discussions about this, it differs from person to person and also on your level of fitness and fatigue. Mine still hits 200 every now and again and I can average 190bpm for entire races and still feel okay. believe me your body will let you know for sure if it wants you to stop

Still cant justify paying so much for a race! I dont have a sponsor so I have to cover everything, problem is its not just the race fee, Wellington is far from town and petrol isnt cheap, cant ride without supplements and If you are done you might want to get a snack or some coffee, so adding it all up, you dont get away with less than R500 for the day! just cant do that every weekend

The reason why I love my FR-211 build so much is because it is ALL custom and as light as possible. Its not just another scott or giant or whatever. people notice it and its sexy and completely one of a kind. But the best is when skeptics check it out and diss the blank frame etc and then you pass them in the race and they cant keep up.

I got fined once for jumping (what the retarded policeman in civvie clothes saw as jumping the red light) a red traffic light. then followed me to the cycle shop and kept me there and sent someone to come and fine me!
