    I have 5 pairs on 5 bikes .Road , mtb ,SS .No problems ever .I keep a cleat screw in my shoe as a spare .Take a stud out and replace with a screw

    I like riding my racing hard tail,.A smoother ride over the rough terrain would make it the ultimate in efficiency ,weight and responsiveness .i also ride a steel hard tail and the extra comfort compared to a racing carbon frame is noticeable .I would love to try this out

    Maybe Steyn tried to bowl a yorker and it came out higher than what he had tried to do .If Elliot swiped and missed how different all would have been today .Sometimes you need a bit of luck to!

    Because of the rain interruption we could not follow our plan for a big total that we knew we needed ,so we had to adapt to our detriment .NZ was always going to be the favorite at home and with such a small outfield and an attainable total .Our plan was to post the biggest total and defend .I think we played better than them .Rub of the Green !!!

    I will try and fasten it slightly tighter on my wrist .If you shake it ,it does not happen ,but quick tap activates a new lap .

    Just starting to use mine .So far impressed with software and the relive video is a great feature .What I don,t like is the tap sensitivity to start a lap .My last 90 minute ride I did over 60 laps .Every time the watch bounces while going down singletract it starts a new lap

    Similar to Golf .Batting and bowling is technical ,but playing an opponent is all a mind game .The bigger the stage , the bigger the mind game becomes .Leadership and inspiration is what is lacking ,but can be acquired overnight .I am still confidant the Proteas can win some key games

    Great concept .I had 2 anthems and these changes are exactly what I would have suggested .I still prefer 29 ' .More traction for a 100kg rider. A carbon frame of most of the top brands cost more than this whole bike
