Core strenght + relaxing upper body while riding + ergo grips and bar ends helped me with the same problem .Gloves ext ,hogwash .Fitness at the end of a long ride will help to maintain all the above .Bikefit is not always the best for the rider .Ride with a tool and adjust your setup until you feel comfortable for at least 3 hour ride

At least you know that your training was worthwhile .Normal !

Unfortunately the pro,s are also to blame .They are normally the riders losing their bottles or gu wrappers and d on,t stop to pick it up .Have you ever seen a top rider stop and dismount to pick up their waterbottle ?

I have used epic pro and recovery max .I think they both work better than using nothing at all .Epic pro is just not very palatable .Only use these products during multistage events.Recently i have been using PVM products and found pvm sustane mixed with peptopro to be a good during and after drink .Roctane is the only gel i found to be useful .Nothing is as easy ,cheap and quick as a banana and a milkshake thou

I have avid elixer CR AND XT ON DIFFERENT BIKES .Never had problems with either .Avids are always noisy when they are cold or very hot .Even the cheap shimano brakes work well .Cannot say that about the juicy,s

Get a Tallboy or settle for a Pimp jumper or a Bling works !
