As I always say to my colleagues, it's easy to employ someone to do a job but helluva difficult to employ someone who actually cares about how well they do it!

Just pondering all this and thought perhaps the rules of engagement between Barloworld and the team were clear i.e. one doper and you're all out ... In that case the team should have 'guarded' themselves better ...... Just a thought, use it don't .......

Had a hernia op and was off (no riding) for 5 weeks. Then just light riding with discomfort/pain but now its been 8 weeks feeling great and man I'm loving it again! Renewed enthusiasm ....... Luckily I had a project bike that I worked on during my 'convalesence' to keep me 'sane' (no comments from the 'peanut' gallery!).

On our second 94.7 lap last year I remember seeing a guy riding a similar bike ...... no not the one with the car tyre the more 'normal' looking one!
