  17. I was very pleased with the service I received from metro, had 2 issues with the bike after a major service done there and they resolved it immediately after accepting fault and apologising and went out of their way to help me out on short notice.
  18. I was thinking everyone praised gary Kirsten when under his watch we made it to the top of all the rankings, but when we playing bad which is at the moment nobody seems to say anything of Russel Domingo, I don't think he is the best coach we could have got but thats just my personal opinion. when we play bad we call for the heads of the players sometimes rightly so but unlike in other sports at national level where the coach is usually the first to be put under scrutiny like in football and rugby.
  19. before we can help you, you will have to provide us with first with pictures of the aforementioned troublesome pimples :nuke:
  20. I have the bianchi, and im very happy with it, its not the fastest but then again it was built for comfort, did over 4000km till now and only had an issue once where the crank arm came off other than that the campy veloce and everything else has been good. I cant comment on the weight rating of the wheels though. Most importantly its the sexiest frame in the world!!! and that why he should buy it
  21. my 2 cents worth just becareful not to overtrain, rather go to IM undercooked than overcooked, also there is no need to run a marathon as everyone said, you will miss key sessions while recovering from it, the most we used to run was 21km and plenty of them, for me its all about the bike not so much being able to do the distance but being able to do the distance and still be fresh for the run, you can never bike enough for ironman. ironman is a 4/6 month journey hard work discipline commitment and focus, rocking up on race day and finishing is the easy part for me
  22. ism the way to go, your balls will be forever thankful.
  23. Thanx Geraldm24 tried to send it via garmin connect but doesn't give me an option, also pc and forerunner also don't talk to each other. downloading training centre and will try again
