As the topic title suggests i have these questions. 1 I live right by the coast, would buying a stell frame be a unwise decision? or can you treat the frame to not rust? 2 And this might really be dumb so excuse me if it is... does a BB30 bottom bracket require a speceific crank or will my spare crank from a "normal" bb work? 3 were can i get hold of a complete or if possible get a build for a 29r singlespeed? thanks

but when you accommodate customers and give them service so bright it shines you get **** attitudes and the you know i dont listen to you because i pay your salary snot!and not even a thanks ****! so if customers maby look at the way they speak to "servants" maby we would have decent service as customers.

we all have a race, ride event that we go to every year to try and better the time you posted last year.(except the Argus) every year i go to Knysna and take part in the mtb marathon and base all my training during the year on this race what is your "world champs" and why do you go back?

get up at 5 eat small breakfast... go riding eat full breakfast and also weigh your food and try cutting just one bad habit.
