  6. my two 2c= Firmware updates does sometimes help, i had a 305 that did the same spoke to the Garmin technician in Durban his name is Gift (tel-031-5396020)and he gave me the option to do a core-exchange to a 500 for R998 or a corex for an 800 for R2000 you can also speak to Peter They Are both EXTREMELY helpfull.

  10. my first bike also did that +- 20mm movement,its not to noticeable.good for "rough"climbing as you do not bog down as easy. get a shock pump check the pressure

  14. awesome advice. I took an old 32 chainring grinded the teeth down and fitted using the normal bolts. does the job 100%
  15. It is indeed true MR Baxter did start CS from his garage is a founding member and yes K-Way(kwaai) is doing the whole shebang including shorts, jerseys, waterproof jackets etc...as for cape storm its a damn shame.
  16. ja nee almost got hit by an albany bread delivery truck twice riding on the R102...and that was on my mountainbike on the gravel section just of the side of the road.
  17. can anyone point me in a direction where i can find shorter chainring-bolts to fit my crank or maybe advise if i can "convert" normal bolts to work? and also none of them seem to have a chainguide to keep it in check at the front...?
  18. its due for a service anyway have since done some research and found that it is do-able. 1200-1400 wet and dry paper patience and hard laquer paint or nail varnish... heres to holding thumbs!
  19. Ola I have the following problem. a stone banged up by the front wheel hit the right stantion on my fox f100 leaving three "dents" in it. and it's already sheding a bit of oil because of this but will i be able to fix the stanchion or is it a write off/buy new?
  20. JA nee totaly agree...also "raced" according to GPS 65.4k...went bundu bashing in the single track section that cost me some time and a place or two? the only "80KM" event i will do is the Knysna one as for the rest....stick to the 65s and get some glory!
  21. AS for the event.finifshed top ten and my name wasnt even on the results page and the single track would have been so good had summer not turned to winter this week.
