Apparently Noakes is folling the New Atkins Diets which says that you have to cut out most of your carbs for the first two weeks and then slowly start introducing them in small amongs. The idea is to find out to which cards you body adversly reacts and which it doesnt. Nobody tells us that foods (like medication) have side effects. These may not be serve, however they may cause something like weight gain. So, in this way everyone can develope a personalised eating plan with the correct and correct amount of carbs for them. Been doing this for the last three weeks and it is working. Substituning cream for milk in coffee, eat loads of good fats etc.
