    We have a very weak selection of cycling socks in SA. You find some cool DeFeet here and there, but no Sockguy or 4shaw etc.

    Light-Bicycle have a store on Aliexpress. I prefer buying through Aliexpress for the buyer protection and seller ratings etc.

    I don't have any links for you to look at, but try finding some info on carb cycling. Perhaps experiment with ramping up on carbs before high intensity training and racing, and then carb fasting on recovery/IMTG days. I used the principles when I was dieting for bodybuilding shows, and had much success with it...

    Honda needs to just give Dani Pedwanker's ride to Pol Espargaro already. Assuming they'd like to keep everything Spanish. I'd say Crutchlow if they didn't care for a Spaniard, but he's in the sand more than on the tar lately. I think with a bit more development Aleix will get that Suzuki to be more competitive. So far it's fast enough for a decent qualifying and a few laps at the start. Thank goodness Yamaha has found something to stop it being a 1 horse race again this season. And Ducati has come along in leaps n bounds. On the faster circuits the two Andreia's are in the mix... It's definitely the most exciting season in a while...

    On strava, go into your training log near the top right corner of the page. A page comes up where it gives you a summary of your training per calendar week. On the left of the 'bubbles' it'll give you your time, distance and ascent for the week. Hover your cursor over each daily bubble and it'll give you all the info for that ride. Add everything up from the 20th of April and you'll know where you are badge wise. I found that the badges only updated the following day, even if I sync'd.
