There is a cable that fits into your iPod and you can download off a camera and use your iPod as a hard drive. So technically you can have a small storage device for 160 Gigs. I am not sure if this works on a video camera or especially one of these but I dont see why not. Hmmm.... wonder if I could download to my Nokia e71 that I am getting? be cool to get video of each day's cycling. 70- 90kms of cycling. hmmmm... okay, just highlights! Could a person buy a cheapish video camera and mount it to the handlebars? if so, how would you do that? Just thinking of the short recording time.

Why didn't you take they Omnia that you wanted? Is the E71 touch screen and can it web browse like the Omnia? I checked both reviews and spoke to the mtn store - whilst there another person told me how good the e71 is. It has an amazing battery life apparently which is a good thing. It is not touch screen and you can web browse. The multi media aspects are not as good as the omnia though. One review said it is "the perfect smartphone". Also looks good and the bonus is that on my contract it is R90 cheaper per month than the omnia although that is not a big thing for me, just a bonus. The reviews are sterling. Oh, I am nervous of getting a touch screen again after my issues with my KJAM.

sorry... my post did not function right. what weighs more a ton of feathers or a ton of bricks? Muscle weighs the same as fat. You are likely converting fat to muscle. I had the same problem. I just been to a dietician so I live in hope that eating correctly is the solution. I suggest you see a sports dietician or nutritionist
