where you based? I need it for training this week but not riding this weekend. i am based in sunninghill for work and douglasdale for home.

Ouch what did you do wrong turtle? skate the wrong way around on the ice? or spend to much time on the hub during working hours? Was accused of theft and not given a hearing or anything was sent to a polygraph and even though i passed it seems like the boss has a personal vendetta against me due to feeling threatened so looks like i will be going to the CCMA for legal help due to unfair dismissal!!!! P.S. anybody looking for a competent bike mechanic and salesman??????? good refferences and a few years experience *hijack* turtlek: i will start your mechanic business off: i need a preargus service on my road bike. want the job? then i will need a service of my mtb after argus... can give that to you as well.

I think Cian should put us all to shame at the park tomorrow! That kiddo did well! So proud of her!! As for me.... I am finding this mtb thing a bit bumpy but fun. Learnt that I must ride with chammy cream for longer mtb rides, and I must carry a triangular bandage in my 1st aid kit! Pressure bandage aint gonna help a broken collar bone. Btw... I came 5th in my category!

Got the email from Geoff!! Really sad - Sunday is the last day. Got some wicked memories from Logwood! Sad to see the technical place die but it was just too far.

Pity she could not join us for the ride. Tomorrow is bike park for me - might commute so I can get there on time. Thurs is IDT, Fri another IDT day, Sat bike park and Sunday is the Fast One MTB.
