We had lunch at Anvil after the race, there was an oldish guy there apparently looking for his wife, whom we presume got lost on the route. Anybody have anymore details? One of the tv crew was out looking for her on his quad, but before we could offer help someone else gave him and his bike a lift back to the race venue.

Remember the results are preliminary. Mine is spot on though, but yes the race number is not my SASeeding number.

Yes, replacement value has increased by 4%, premium by 6%. That's for home contents. Motor insurance stays the same.

Ok just got a letter from the that my premium is increasing, as I've been with them a year and they are upping my home contents. 6% increase in premium.

With King Price, had a claim last year for some stolen jewelry. They asked for proof of ownership, got it, and paid out. R60K more or less. My premiums did not go up after this, neither did my co-payments. My bike and camera and wife's hearing aid is insured for R1 each. Can't beat that.
