I have this Delonghi EC850M I'm looking to sell. Would any of you aficionado's on here possibly be interested or alternatively be able to point me to a suitable forum that might be more appropriate?

Assuming you are using Ant+ with a USB dongle... I place the dongle as close to the rear of the Kickr as possible - either just behind or hang it off my rear brake caliper using a USB extension cable - this solved a lot of the drop issues I was having at the time

At the risk of beating a dead donkey with a stick....does anyone know if ASG sports are still open for business? Been trying to source a set of replacement sole inserts for my Sidi Dragons from them for nearly a year now. I have repeatedly emailed all the usual perpetrators, but barring a promise to check up and revert back to me about 6 months ago, the silence has sadly been somewhat deafening & as of late their online store seems a little bit low on product. Any other means of sourcing Sidi spares in SA?, or do I have to go through the whole overseas sourcing and SAPO lottery delivery system....

R200 admin fee aside, my CRC/ Skynet free shipping experience of late was pretty decent. Delivery took slightly longer due to the truck looting/ burning at Mooi River & the package was re-routed via airfreight. I did not find the service any different, (in fact it was probably slightly better) than previous transactions via DHL

I have one on my rear wheel - replacement for the hi-lo crap that Specialized try to pass off as a hub. I have struggled with play since day 1 - lbs says it's normal. Does a bearing change fix this?

Giba is R840 annual versus R40/ ride - applying the same ratio to your R30 daily fee would equate to R630 annual fee.

How long does the Doc advise from the time of the snip until you can train/ride again. I need to get mine "done", but trying to see where it can fit in the calendar without missing too much

Thanks for the feedback all, get a fair bit of chainslap noise, but no significant number of dropped chains so far with a type 1 X9. Most of my riding is Giba/ Karkloof so fairly, but not extreme tech. Considering the type 2 upgrade mainly for the noise factor.

Apologies if this has been posted before, but I could not find anything when searching. How much better are the new type 2 derailleurs compared to older equivalents, from what I can see the main improvement is the reduction in chainslap via the clutch, but you also have the lockout system to assist with wheel removal. The latter is a nice-to-have, but the clutch sounds like a good feature - how good is it?
