Kevin if you have to use gels in a club ride then it is really a waste of your time to take them on race day a simple carb drink and maybe an energy bar will be sufficient enough to get you through a club ride unless you are a beginner trying to duke it out with the mclean train and pavlov express racing club rides

The thing that makes me cross is that these guys who do push in at small races are just cheating themselves more than other people because not only do they not have the mental ability to stay with the guys in the front they have the attitude of SO WHAT.... It is a typical south african way of thinking just a bit of trivia for all those interested, when Jp pearton has won a race he has not led from the gun he has started mid pack keeping sight of the guys leading and when the time was right he pounced on many unsuspecting prey So to all the side feeders out there if you really want to feel good about yourself and ride a good race try do what Jp does and then see how good you really are!!!

Harryn give great white a call i had one attached to a hub he needed he doesnt need the rim by the looks of it so try pm him

a good way to check if the carbon is indeed cracked is for you to tap a coin repeatedly over the carbon on either side of the crack and then do the same over the crack if the tone of the tapping changes then it is cracked but if not then it is just clear coat cracking and omnico are very good with thier waranties good luck with your findings!!
