  4. Thanks. All too often I feel that I'm just spinning when in the biggest gear, and I want to go faster.
  5. I have a 3x10, is it possible to change the largest chainring for a larger one without changing the other 2 or without other mods?

I ride an AMR 7500 This is how I arrived at my decision to buy it: I had a tight budget I wanted at least XT components I wanted a Fox float with 140mm travel Sealed brake cables It was the only bike that met those criteria. What do I think of the bike? I really enjoy riding it and will probably only change it when i have enough money to go for a carbon frame. I think that in terms of value for money it is fantastic. Its not for the weight conscious at 12.5kg's, but that was less important to me that the other criteria. The rear suspension setup is fantastic. The bike is easy to ride, but I did go for a shorter stem (down to 70mm) as I found the "cockpit" area to be too long for me (long top tube). Dont have the time to find it now, but one Mag that reviewed it gave it a 10 out of 10 rating.

  15. It isn't the cardio I struggle with when climbing; my legs just feel like they have no power :-(
  16. I posted a question some time back about how to climb better and that thread covered all the things like weight, riding lots of hills and how to do hill training on a bike. What I want to know is how to I improve my hill climbing legs when at a gym, or not on a bike? Which muscle groups? Which exercises? Done how (eccentric etc)? Light weights, many reps vs heavy weights lower reps?

  19. A short while ago I bought a bunch of tickets through webtickets and loaded them onto a card. It was cool because I could just keep the card and not worry about buying on the day. Now I see they don't sell them anymore (well, it looks that way), but the NF website still says to get them there... Anybody know what's up with that?
