Yep. That's what I get for deciding NOT to replace the tyre with the BRAND NEW one sitting in the back of my van... and not carrying a spare tube, cos #tubeless (also in the back of my van) and I'd refreshed the sealant just 2 days before. FML.

Dude, don't worry about it. Not your issue anymore, and you're right about the time issue. Whenever I started something at the old house, I'd always get caught up in familial responsibilities, and it resulted in things that just never got finished as I either "wasn't spending enough time with them" or there were places to go and obligations to be met. Not having them around all the time is a huge thing for those sorts of projects...

It's not a stage race. It's an enduro. And never, but I trust these guys to. As I said. Be patient. The detail will come. Dates and place are all you need for now. Maybe they're putting it all together in a nice frilly package just so that people like you will be able to tell just how many metres of descending they will do. Maybe they don't want to release the route, cos people are douchebags and will ride it regardless of it being on private property. Or maybe they're waiting on a critical bit of info (to them, at least) or want to finalise pricing and / or sponsorship for the event, and this is a teaser. You know, like a pre-release froth-generator. Be patient. The detail will come...

Honestly, training needs to happen and with work the way it is, and lightie every 2nd weekend, this is the only way it'll happen apart from a ride once a week at most.
