  1. In their opinion the marginal stiffness / weight advantages just weren't worth the additional cost. Plus you can build a PLENTY stiff rear tri out of alu with it being pretty darn light.
  2. Canaries are still one of my favourites. You need to WORK to make it flow. You feel buggered afterwards, but it's such a good feeling to really hook it up..
  3. Richie Rude's SB5c. 127mm rear with a.... 160mm fox 36. This thing must RIP!!!! https://www.instagram.com/p/BP8XGG-hiWN
  4. Lol ja. And for good reason too. Bloody good training tool.
  5. I misjudged the distance between the car and a ficus when reversing. Wasnt paying attention. Front is worse thanks to someone reversing into me, and again smashing into the front left three quarter panel in a carpark. Need to take it in but waiting for a bit more disposable cash. Just had a full clutch replacement done and the damage is purely cosmetic. Not a high priority at the moment
  6. roadie tendencies taking hold... but for R 680, one can't really complain, can one?
  7. In Tokai... It's really not well set up for the day tripper, I must say. If you're only going to do one trip a year, then it's okay. But if you're doing more than 7 trips a year, then I'd suggest getting the annual pass. If you've got 3 mates that also want to get in on the action, the price goes down if you buy together. R 500 for the first and then R 250 for every additional person. Works out to R 286p/p for 4 people...
  8. I got one titled "Gym" where the GPS is switched off for the duration of the workout...
  9. Builder; Follow Me (my favourite); Not2Bad; NotBad; Arrival; Strength in Numbers; From the Inside Out
  10. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! So - is Casey racing?!
  11. Straight out of Sniffpetrol's playbook... Love it.
  12. Just put a bit more pressure in the suspension. Instant gravel application.
  13. Lol And no. Never been there. To the jump track, that is. But lekker
  14. Dude I know EXACTLY where I'll be positioning myself. There's a rock garden onto a very very deceptive rock double. There and the log stepdown after that and the log drop (not a drop unless you hit it properly) at the entry to the flow section Faark. Now I wanna hit it on my hard tail again. Was proper fun
