  1. Yep. Haven't looked into it just yet. But in order to supercede the trek and Spaz it needs to be brilliant. We Wi see what the reviews say
  2. Lol. Yes. Indeed. If I went pyga tho it'd be the new 160 when it comes out. Or the 140
  3. Very definitely. Just gotta check the geo out.
  4. remedy is definitely an option. Love that penske shock.
  5. Would be sold with the 66. Lyrik has gone to a new home
  6. The thing is out of these there isn't a "bad" bike. The spaz is the only niner I'd buy, apart from maybe the trek With that penske shock. Enduro is a beautiful bike. And so capable, from the reviews I've read. It's just so difficult!
  7. It is. Along with the Norco and the thunderbolt strangely. 120mm out back with a 66.8 deg head angle!?
  8. Lol. Ja. Tbh I have considered the gts but by all accounts they're monster trucks. Which is what I have atm so ja. But yes. A lot of time to consider. Will also see what's coming for 2016 before I decide. Fun fun.
  9. Looks like he started jumping from the bike before the drop even started!
  10. Bah. I've decided that I'm going to start saving for a new bike. Something a bit tighter and more playful than the Reign x, with a little bit more room in the reach department. So far, I have a shortlist (haah!) Of bikes. At this point I'm not really worried about price as I have a while to save, so its basically about the availability and characteristics of the bikes themselves, and a real heart to heart with myself as to how much travel I REALLY need. So far, the shortlist is... Transition scout transition patrol banshee spitfire banshee roam ibis Hd3 pivot Mach 6c Yeti SB6C SC Bronson kona process 159 Spez enduro 29 rocky mountain altitude rocky mountain thunderbolt Yes, the reign and trance aren't on there. Neither is the silverback. Reign for a very good reason - I already have a bulldozer. My reign x literally eats EVERYTHING for lunch, and I'm looking for something that is a bit more playful (not that it isn't, but - well, it's not an HDR) and a bit tighter. The new reign by all accounts is more of the same, so yeah. The Trance - well, there's just so many of them, and I've had giant for a while now. Plus it's almost the "old school" geo, which would put me on an xl to get the reach I want. The silverback - meh. Not for me. This is going to be *the* bike, and for whatever reason it just doesn't tickle me in the right places. So. The search continues, and intensifies. There will be a reign x up for sale just now, in very good nick apart from one ding that's been there since I bought it. No, not yet.
  11. From our info the fine is R2,500. Can't see how it'll be different for them.
  12. I sh4t myself. Had dreams of velociraptors roaming our garden for weeks...
  13. Yeah, they are. And they're a good bunch. I find for printing purposes that ORMS is just overwhelmed a lot of the time, so where Studio can bang prints out on the spot, ORMS has a lead time and and and... plus they serve a decent coffee.
  14. Try Studio 22 as well. They're a smaller outfit, but based in Century City - we (my wife, actually) use them for all our printing needs as well, apart from canvas which we use another private provider for.
  15. I'm on avo, smoked chicken breast & cheese. I also find a nice bit of roast chicken is brilliant. essentially my days are as such (over the past 2) Breakfast - buttery coffee Lunch - 1/2 avo, 3 small slices of extra mature cheddar & about 50g chicken, with another buttery coffee. Salt & pepper on the avo Snack - nothing yet. Dry Wors if I'm peckish. Dinner - last night I made a boerewors stew, with loads of veg, and skipped the rice. Smaller than normal portion. Repeat today. Yesterday I went to Nixon's bike park for a little session. Didn't push hard, but felt fine. No huge hunger pangs. LOADS of water.
  16. news on the radio. There's certain things you can't ignore, especially when they mention that there's a new trending topic on twitter, which is something along the lines of "cut yourself for one direction" with corresponding pictures of people showing their sliced fore-arms in sadness of the split. I kid you not. That... is... disturbing. For it to be trending, it's got to be large.
  17. I found the bulletproof coffee too much for me to handle, tbh. It triggered refux and quite a distasteful gagging reflex. What I've started to do is put a small amount of plain (salted) butter into my coffee, which I will increase over time. At the moment it's a tablespoon, but I'll start increasing from next week. WRT the oil - you can start off by adding it to your dishes bit by bit. It melts very easily in the pan, and can be used with or in place of butter. As for the weight gain - sometimes we have it, sometimes we don't. In any given day we can fluctuate up to 2kg depending on our condition - you may be coming down with a bit of flu or something, which makes your body retain liquids. Just keep at it, and remember to exercise! And drink lots and lots of water!
  18. Apparently one of their members has left, so it's not the most relevant group to aspire to!
  19. Ariel Atom... EDIT: The 3s. They changed the lights from a 2 pod design and separate main light to a 3 pod design... http://static.feber.se/article_images/34/20/56/342056_1280.jpg
