  1. Saying that a 100mm travel bike has "enduro" descending capabilities thanks to a slightly slacker ha and a 120mm fork is just plain wrong guy. Just what is the ha of this xc racer?
  2. I dare easily. It's just a matter of typing out how I feel. Keyboard warriorses unite!
  3. Lol. Ja. Sometimes I'm also *** with email. But follow it up with an apology or a phone all. Not difficult.
  4. Sounds good. Although I seem to have encountered a bit of laryngitis. So it may be more of a squawk than a talk. Still keen though.
  5. If the black were gloss - different story. But on a Matt frame, no way. Stealth all the way. Except how your slr was. That was king.
  6. Google is your friend. Compare listed weights by searching.
  7. No no no! Red muuuuch better. Stealth even betterer
  8. Not the only thing rising when I see that bike...
  9. Oooooooooh. Saw the pics / marketing blurb on pinkbike Purrrrrrdy.
  10. Oh. Fitting narrow wide tonight. Just got back from durbs!
  11. He's going 650b in 130mm guise with the pike up front. But. He has a monarch to switch it out with for France. Correct, crowtjie?
  12. Yeah. And on my bike, with 170mm rear suspension, on a 1x10 setup an single 34t ring and 11-36 on the back, the correct chain length was the length it came in. Not all bikes are the same, but the chain overlap should be consistent across the same groupsets.
  13. SRAM didn't figure why anyone would want to switch it off. To remove the wheel you just employ the locking pin and hey presto.
  14. They are - if you're 80kg or less. Come to a rock garden and any sort of technical riding and they'll not last at 95 kays, dude.
  15. ROFL. I have caused some cats a bit of pain in the past....
  16. +1. I had bad wheels on my first road bike as well as the rims my hardtail came with. Not necessarily "bad" but softer wheels, which were not suited to my weight (105kg) Go for the Flows or the Arches. Not the Crests.
  17. Hi guys! It's the monthly build day again. This Saturday, 1pm at the gate is the meeting point, and the trail we are building on will be one of the snakeys. Bring gloves, water and a spade / pick / axe. Entertainment and a good workout guaranteed. And remember - this is the perfect opportunity to have some direct input on the trail design and what features are put where. Hope to see you there!
  18. yeah - I was right... But this seems as if it's Road only. Can't find the MTB version, but I am sure it's the same.
  19. Hmmm. I was sure mine said one of each link (2 links) I could be wrong, but I fitted it more than a week ago and the guide is in CT (I'm 1800km away in Durbs at the moment) EDIT: Well, thinking back now, I didn't remove any links as at max suspension travel it was already 2 of those links that would overlap as a max...
