To have a real espresso you have to have the right beans. In most coffee shops they use the same beans for coffee and espresso which I incorrect. The second step is to have the correct coffee machine that gives you the correct water temperature and the correct pressure and most machines don't do either. A coffee machine that makes coffe and espresso are very expensive and are normality found in good coffee shops they have two separate water tanks and two separate boilers for the different coffees ,espresso or coffee. But then us continentals like to have our espresso strong with a glass of water and only after a ride other wise you will fall of the bike in the first kilometer.

For about a week I had pain in my legs and sensation in my arms, stayed of the bike for 10 days thinking I had pushed myself to hard. A week later nothing changed so whent to the doctor had scans on my lower back said there is nothing wrong could not find anything wrong gave me some pain killers. Well that was a waste of time and money. So I went to my chiropractor had two sessions and problem sorted. Give a chiropractor a go ,if you have ex rays take them along.

I find it hard to believe the some bike companies will stop building 26" bikes. There must still be a market for them. Does anybody know what the sales % is for 26" and 29" world wide it will be interesting to see .

Do you know what time at Groenkloof?

I have two staff members that cycle to work every day bought them front and rear lights and bright jackets. Now that it is winter buy winter clothes for them. They have been cycling to work for about 6 months now because they are dedicated on cycling to work I went and bought a bike rack to place on the taxi that comes and collects my staff at night as I am in the restaurant business . They save R 10 on transport a day R 60 a week. The problem now is that that the other staff want to cycle to work as well but the rack only has place for one more bike on the rack . Now comes the African idea boss what about the roof rack for the Taxi. So now we have a roof rack for two more bikes. Where do all the ideas come from tha bike magazine that I places in the shop. Think I must take them away next thing they will want a 29r. The great thing about this is that they read the magazines and are always asking questions about the products and new innovation .

You can just go there and have a look at what they have in stock or you can phone Bosch in Midrand and ask them to put you through to Renen he works in the spoied goods section . You will have to ask them the street address as I don't know it I just know where it is.

I have a Coffee Machine from Siemans but it is buit in unit.I needed one for when I go away so I got one from Seimans spoiled goods section in Midrand I know it is not as well priced as some on the Hub ,it sells for R 10,000 and picked it up for R 5 000. But if you are looking for house hold appliances for a great price look up Bosch or Siemens. They have a spoiled goods section and a discontinued range . Fridges ,Gas stoves ,Washing Machines ,Dishwashers ect. Some have scratches or marks or are just discontinued as a range. Most of them as sold at 50% discount.

I placed a long bolt through the the arch were the gate slides . The bolt head is mm away from the top of the gate then wielded a nut on to the arch and welded a nother nut above the the arch . The gate can't be lifted because the bolt head stops it . Works like a bomb .

I presume it works for a IPad as well ?

Well done (fat cyclist) as I said before I think they must have a race just for these so called race snakes and let them pay according to the number of cyclist that enter . You will see the cost rise ,then they will complain about the cost . So much for development in the sport.

Saw a cyclist riding on the R21 Hi way heading towards the Utra Shell . Cant understand why he was riding on a HiWay all alone. RIP fellow cyclist.
