could actually be something as simple as tyre been under inflated for your weight, had a similar issue, took the tyre up to 2bar and no more issue.

Had similar problems with Chrome, what i realized is when this occurs you must actually scroll the current page all the way to the bottom and suddenly you will be able to click post, not sure why but it works every time.
