  3. Well the 50ppm diesel (Sasol especially) is amonth the best diesel in the world, sasols diesel is closer to about 20ppm and is the best quality. the real thing to look at is: the additional cost of a diesel motor over the petrol in the initial purchase, means you need to do quite big milage to see a real cost saving, especially since the difference in diesel/petrol price has reduced.

  6. Hey all, I tried logging onto buycycle.co.za and opera came up with a malware warning for the site. Listing it as "Blacklisted site with malware warning." here is the link of the discription http://help.opera.com/Mac/11.60/en/fraudprotection.html Has anyone else had this issue as I have used BC a few times without problems Mike
  7. I dont have rollers, but I do have an IDT (trax) I do an hour at 65-70% MHR (cad 80-90) and what I found is that because you dont stop pedalling you end up with a good workout. If I do a spruit ride my coasting time is about 30% (according to the polar) I think it does good for your legs and base as there is no rest and you can control the HR for good base training. I still go out and do 2hr+ rides on weekend Mike
