Interesting thanks, watched a few videos and reviews about the cheaper RS100 and it seems very plasticish? But most of the polar lower range watches has this feel. Considered the CS300 but it has gotten a hell of a lot bad reputation regarding durability.... Also looked at something like the FR110 but I want to be able to swim with it and the GPS function in most watches nowadays gives such little battery life it is turning me way off. Yes and did you see how accurate the FR60/70 is with the foot pod while jogging? Differences in pace/speed is also instantaneous. If I go that route I will probably buy the garmin speed/cadence sensor later on, but for now my knog works fine and the watch should just compliment it with the jogging and HR functions. Are you going to use the 210 on the bike as well?
Read his reviews, excellent stuff. You cant swim with the fr210 or fr110 hey. Was rather looking at first hand experience with things like software issues and after sales service. Enjoy your 210!
Helmet you buy what is on special and comfortable. Very happy with my rudy project I bought for R450. Have a look at cwc or buycycle. Sportsmans warehouse also has some good specials now and then. Chamois, heard good thinks about the fox shorts. First accent has bad build quality in my opinion. Other accessories, a stand pump, chain lubrication, a multi tool, water bottle and bottle cage is the basics. Also maybe spoil yourself with a pair of pedals and shoes.

Was in there once...Ben tell me what moerse expensive brake outer casing he has that is made of kevlar and some space material and that nothing can break that cable . Then I get told it take 2 hours to bleed brakes so it will cost R700 to replace and bleed my brake casings. looked at a helmet and that too is R200 more than at cwc so I went out and never back in again. Wanted to replace my brakes after a while with the 2012 deore or slx's and then I get told but there are better options out there.... Please .
Also done a diy thing here and there but it takes experience and trail and error so this is not just a "lets give fiber glass a go" kind of job. Big ups, post more pics, tired of reading all the well done comments
Waste of money in my opinion, doubt you will be able to reuse the spokes and nipples, so it will be a brand new build, might as well sell the wheelset as a whole and buy a new custom wheelset of your choice. The wheel feeling off balance won't be the rim, could be the tyre pressure or you are still on a 9mm QR, we all know 15mm TA is the way to go...
From what I have read, the AM's are just as soft if not more so than the crests, why change them? use then until you buckle them or if you are too heavy for them get the arch's.
Funny you mention that, I use road shoes with my mtb pedals and shimano spd's. Works pretty well but not ideal, but heck, they weigh far less than my dad's shimano shoes and I rarely walk, and even when I do walk, the cleats are tough, so still works a charm.
You will be told to go for a decent bike fit. I also suffer from lower back pain so I would advise on doing regular stretches, especially your hamstrings.
