I had some knee problems before I opted for the Ergo fit. I must say comfort on the bike improved considerably but the knee issue was still there after a year riding that setup. I went for the Retul fit 3 weeks ago and I have no pain anymore. It's still early days but I'm happy so far.. I had the Retul fitting done at The Sports Basement.

Go for 'n lekker leg massage and do some stretching in the morning and evening.. especially those quads!

Stray Cat, I also ordered a saddle from CRC a month ago and it took about 10 working days to reach my Post Office. The Post Ofice will send you a collection slip to pick up your package. The **** thing is you also probably took the cheap R60 shipping option? You don't get a tracking number with this option so the whereabouts of the package is unknown. Post Office strike due to the petrol price?? ....
