  1. Rather entertaining ... got my foot tapping ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVWfqOSdzs4
  2. I found this video rather entertaining, bearing in mind that I enjoy Folk Metal .... amongst other things
  3. I have developed a very similar pain behind the knee, in my right knee. I'm not convinced that it's linked to saddle height as it seems to have developed more the more I stand up to pedal to keep my momentum going in whatever gear I am in at the time. It may be linked to foot position in some way as I am constantly changing my right foot placement. I use flat pedals on my bike with some good pins for grip. They are in fact the same pedals I have on my unicycle. But then again it's not like I'm doing much different apart from standing more.
  4. Managed to get a copy. Giving it a listen now and a few tracks in and ..... I like it a lot
  5. I bought some Slipstreamz a while back .... http://www.slipstreamz.com/content.asp?subID=8 I used them for a while, but found I needed to crank the volume to hear anything and ended up stuffing my headphones up. I still have them on my helmet but don't listen to choonz while riding anymore. I use them now as a wind buffer
  6. There is a dude I see almost everyday with his radio and speakers mounted on his bike, he may be able to help you
  7. That's the plan Always a different experience riding in the pouring rain, whether it's on the road or up the mountain. My only problem is riding into a 50km/h gusting wind ... it's going to be a tough ride tomorrow morning .... bring it on
  8. The wind has not been my friend these last few days, except for Tuesday afternoon. But a harder ride makes the good days better On Tuesday I felt like "the man" after passing a couple of roadies on their ultra light bikes and no extra kit. I was on my rather huge 29'er mtb with dik-wiel commuter tyres and a 10kg backpack. They were spinning to keep up with me, and after passing me when I had to slow down for a car I stuck to them with my slow cadence, their legs spinning at some insane speed .... aaahhhh I *am* the man ... lol Would love to join you guys for a Wednesday morning ride up the mountain. I'll need to make a plan to leave home a lot earlier. 6:30 at the towers ?
  9. Cycling into a North-Wester on the way in this morning is hard work. Thankfully the wind is going to be blowing harder on my way home I like having a strong tail wind for the ride home
  10. Seems like I have a bad combination on my bike ... my bike is predominantly white with pink derailleur cables and pink grips. I would actually prefer everything in matt black, but white with pink is a good compromise
  11. Hadn't heard of "In This Moment" until today, but I find their music quite interesting. This track sounds a little like Marilyn Manson, I could actually hear a duet between Marilyn and Maria the lead singer http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8b8Wo-5cuEg
  12. She is a honey most definitely. I do enjoy listening to her when I want something a little quieter, although today I've been on a Death Metal binge so unfortunately Emily only featured with those few videos I posted earlier
