    Hi Matthieup, sorry to hear the padding didn't work out for you The best thing I can offer you is that we swap out the padding for a wider Ergonomic one? There would be some smallish costs involved, but hopefully we can make a nice viable arrangement... Drop me a pm and let's get you sorted out

With collection orders the timeline can be a little trickier to manage as transport between the factory and head office is not as regular as usual... They will generally notify you when it's ready for collection, but I know they are under huge admin pressure at the moment due to staff limitations.
