  1. Yip... contact them direct if not resolved quick. Unless his Facebook account got hacked? All seems very strange http://www.absolutemotion.co.za/ https://www.facebook.com/AbsMotionZA/photos/a.792570397459462/3028957967154016/?type=3&theater
  2. That's a strange one... he's one of the Absolute Motion coaches as I recall?
  3. Kane finishing masterclass yesterday... his finishing is ridiculous at times, that second goal was unplayable. I think he's still in the top 5 goal scorers in the prem despite being unfit and injured much of the season. Outside chance we might even make Champions League if English teams can win the Europa or Champions League Weird selection from Ole for Utd, why would you not be at full strength for such a good shout for Silverware? ...and De Gea, what has happened to him. The new Calamity James Good to have Leeds back, pity Bournemouth (and probably Villa) look like they're going down.
  4. Don't you dare try tell Karen that... There's a reason they generally don't do loopholes on rules, because 90% of South Africans will abuse it
  5. C'mon... at least a solid 2/10 with the double meaning
  6. That is unfortunate... have a friend who's whole wedding got binned, it really is just a rough reality for so many. Hopefully you can still go next year, and I'm sure when we can all get back to doing 'normal' things like that, we're going to appreciate the *** out of them. We will have the gift of appreciating our lives a bit more... just need to survive til then
  7. No arguments there, we know we have many in our society so much worse off and vulnerable than most of us here on the hub. Them not being able to quarantine, practice social distancing etc, doesn't mean that those of us who can, shouldn't...
  8. Obviously no easy games... but if you're choosing your opponents, you're definitely eye balling that top half.
  9. Jeepers, that bottom half of the draw is rough... If PSG ever want to win this thing, they'll probably never have a better shot
  10. Brilliant read... sadly, I've come to realise, people just do not read. You'd need to summarize this into 50 words and add a pretty picture to get any traction. And even then, because it doesn't tick the confirmation bias box, it would be written off as fear mongering or fake news... Don't we live in such wonderful times
  11. VAR still proving a farce at times... how hard is it to get these calls right on review? Obvious pen missed in our game and the Utd penalty was a complete farce. Utd starting to look the real deal... far cry from the farcical start to the season Mourinho... he can get in the bus he has parked at WHL and bugger off now thank you
  12. Yeah, I'm sitting with a lekker Mtb, I would struggle to sell for R12k, and that to replace new would hit me over R35k... she'll be doing the job for a good few more years it seems.
  13. So sad... strength to all his friends and loved ones
  14. The days where Mourinho did as he pleased are long past... we took a punt on him, it looks like it was ill judged. If he fails with Spurs... I'd go as far as to say he'll be very lucky to get another 'top' job ever again without seriously first earning it by doing some hard yards somewhere else... like Ralph is doing at the Saints. I'm not sure Joes's moved on at all as a manager the last decade. What used to work, no longer does... and without having the best players in the world at his disposal, he's looking well short of the mark.
  15. These are the 4 Layer premium ones... just been slightly tweaked from the previous version - little bit smaller, and some adaptions to the filter shape for better airflow. The Sports Mask is almost ready, should be available from next week... key changes, one less layer (two layers fabric and the filter), more ergonomic shaping, and sewn in a specific way to reduce contact with the face and lips, further decreasing moisture build-up for greater general comfort. Styling will be very neutral, quite possibly just one black and grey design at this stage
  16. Yeah, I found 10bpm up generally if I keep my speed the same... and you should be back down to normal HR within ten minutes or so at most. Obviously age, fitness etc all way into this, but hours later... something sounds off. Get it checked out, rather safe than sorry
  17. An 'old' buff will be thinner than a new one... softer etc too from use and washing over time. Like that old t-shirt your wife hates, but you sleep in as it's the most comfortable thing you own. That said, I guess they could well have changed the fiber balance or materials over the years... hard to know
  18. Laporte is also a game changer for city... their defence has been a shambles, when he plays though he settles everything down, even when he's half fit. People said city not recruiting defenders would cost them, and it quite likely did. Attack wise they are always a handful, their defense this year has been a mess much of the time though. I reckon next season will be a cracker... Liverpool, City, Utd getting back to their best, Chelsea building, Leicester building, Spurs hopefully with Poch back in charge...
  19. My experience as an average athlete (real average Joe, not Jewbacca 'average'), running will make you stronger on the bike. The only guys who might lose cycling strength, are the very serious cyclists who ride 5-7 times a week... so unless you are super seriaas, expect way more positives from the running, over negatives. Just avoid injury... as that's obviously no good for nobody
