    Ledges, Berghouse and Witsieshoek all close enough and nice accom for under R2k per couple for the weekend Travelling and accom often the biggest expense though with these things... I'm gonna man up and start doing some Jewbacca adventures in the future - just hope the wife accepts the challenge

    I've loved the ones I have done, but I'm also a bit biased... that day one of the Extreme is honestly pure magic though (also brutal, but you're a trail runner so you'll no doubt love it) Accom R2k for a couple for the two nights and then two entries at R2k a piece? Sounds about right... Where you looking to stay?

    I dunno, their quality is not bad in my limited experience and at least as a big positive the apparel will be a lot more affordable for your average Comrades runner. It will unfortunately all still be made in the far east as per usual

    Off BBC news: A top Kenyan athlete has run away from a training camp in order to evade anti-doping officials who had come to do a test. The case highlights the challenge the authorities face cleaning up the sport. The anti-doping team turned up unannounced at the training camp in Kapsabet in the west of Kenya. After realising who the visitors were, the athlete jumped through a window and vaulted over a fence - presumably faster than any officials could have managed if they'd tried. Barnaba Korir of Athletics Kenya confirmed the incident but did not give the runner's name. He or she is still likely to be punished. Over the last five years around 60 Kenyan athletes have been sanctioned for anti-doping violations. Mr Korir said athletes who know they are guilty feel they have no choice than fleeing from the testers. Over the last week two athletes including Alfred Kipketer - the world under-20, 800 metre champion - have been suspended for doping violations.

    I think it's a bit more complex than that... I'm sure it's a debate that will follow similar lines to Oscar with his running blades - there are always parameters within which innovation must happen to still maintain the basic principles and integrity of the sport. How big can these carbon inner sole blades get, how much forward propulsion is allowed etc I love innovation, hopefully sensible heads prevail

    Yeah, I seriously doubt Levy will let him go for a free... but he's gotta bluff for now so that suitors cough up a bit of cash. Eriksen is 27 and a seriously good player - anyone who gets him for under 50million frankly has scored a bargain

    No extension option for Spurs on Eriksen... He's been offered contracts but did not sign. I'd take the 10-15 million now and get on with it... Levy(very unlike himself) let this run far too late, he should of been sold last window when his intentions to leave became clear and we could have still gotten a good fee for him. He's been pants most of this season and is clearly affecting team morale He's an absolute bargain for any top team at the moment, I'm very surprised there is not more interest. Prior to this season his assists and goals from midfield were near the very best in the league (De Bruyne and Hazard) It's a 60million pound mistake at the very least - he's not a player that can replaced easily

    Poobie Naidoos... their prices are top notch, but it's obviously an online purchase for you so best you know exactly what you are looking for and the size. I bought myself shoes last week, they were R1800, the cheapest I could find them anywhere else was R2400. Delivery was less than two days as well.

    Woy, Big Sam, Pulis... all brilliant at squeezing every little drop of ability out of players and drilling them into a system that makes them hard to beat even on their bad days. Like you say though, don't have the skills or tactical approach or whatever it is that is required to build Champions League level teams... Still an awful lot to respect though and there are lots of clubs that would bite off their arms for that kind of coach to keep them comfy in the prem at the moment

    They're a very good team, well balanced and can cause anyone huge problems on the counter... two of their players I was hoping Poch would buy but didn't, Maddison and Tielemans. I'm also a bit bummed, as I remember reading a betting pundit saying Vardy was great odds for top goal scorer, it was well over 15-1 if I recall. Needless to say I liked the bet, but did nothing about it.

    Well done for responding... sad that people sometimes go online to air their grievances before even taking it up with the relevant parties first. I've seen some of your work, so I know this is not up to your usual standard, but that said I don't know what was supplied, briefed etc This should have been resolved in person in my books - we all make mistakes, the true sign of character is how we remedy them
