  1. I was thinking just this... Dan will surely grab a stage victory in Le Tour. Ben has been very impressive all season, goodness knows where he was hiding before 2014? Agreed, and they have a serious 'man crush' on Kittel!
  2. to answer my own question, apparently they launch on 14 June. Presumable only available abroad/online
  3. Nice Pics Dale, keep em coming!
  4. This could be due to the frame being too big, the stem being too long... OR perhaps something minor which could be resolved with a bike setup.
  5. This all sounds good... HOWEVER, the the real telling point comes in when you try claim for damage / a new bike. In my opinion brands like M&F, Hollard, CIB, ect will always be better than telephone insurance companies.
  6. That may very well happen as surely he will be thinking ahead to Le Tour? I've included Viviani in my team in case that happens.
  7. Kittel is doing wonders for my team
  8. Well now, that finish did wonders for my fantasy league team...
  9. Agree with this... Followed by Evans in third.

And was he/she wearing a Cycle Lab shirt and jumping a red traffic light?

I can see this thread having potential around here...
  13. Thats like Chris Froome comparing the Tour de France to playing school boy rugby.
  14. What about golf? That 19th hole will give you a big big headache the next morning if played to the full potential.
  15. ummm Me?
  16. True I guess.. There are far too many different criteria to define "tough". Except for Curling... I think we can all agree that curlers are not tough?
  17. Those crazy Irish have even painted the sheep pink! http://cdn4.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/local-national/northern-ireland/article30204539.ece/b10bb/ALTERNATES/h342/NWS_2014-04-22_NEW_018_31420245_I1.JPG Should be an incredible atmosphere for the start of the tour.
  18. I'm going with Orica GreenEdge or Garmin...
  19. Point taken on both of these...
  20. As I have mentioned, There is cycling to work, cycling with your buddies in a nature reserve, cycling the 94.7 in 4 hours plus, cycling 94.7 in 3 hours, cycling 94.7 in closer to 2 hours, racing everyday for 3 weeks, racing on a circuit while spitting blood, and so on. The latter ones are what we are referring too when we say cyclists are tough... @Shebeen As for the bar fight, I think while the fight is going on inside between the boxers and rugby players. The cyclist will be outside impressing the girlfriends with their toned shaved legs, shiny carbon bikes and all round stamina
  21. The toughest sport is pomping in the wind? Sorry, I totally misread that...
  22. HAHA none taken, but take it from someone that goes to a Grand Prix once a year, Formula 1 cars must make a noise! However, as for the Cadel TT topic... I may yet have to eat my words :-P
  23. Bet on I sure hope I'm not overestimating our favourate Aussies ITT ability? But I can help but think of what he did to poor Andy Schleck in the 2011 TDF. For the record, I'm hoping/betting on Rodriguez to win the tour.
  24. Okay, there is "toughest" and "toughest"... I would still go with cycling (pro/semi-pro RACING not social riding) as the toughest from a stamina/endurance point of view, but yes ice hockey, rugby, boxing/fighting and perhaps American football are surely the toughest from the physical impact point of view... UNLESS your name is Jonny Hoogerland in which case cycling is the toughest in both aspects and you crash through a barbed wire fence and still complete the stage... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mYPDAry-A-s
