So what frame is it you want? We've had a shop in CT say they have a customer that ONLY wants a Black Anthem X frame and was very upset that he couldn't get one. I took it that it was you.

Giant does import custom frames/bikes for customers as long as the frame/bike is availible (Black Anthem X frames are not an aftermarket item) and the customer is willing to wait the 4 months it will take. All bikes/frames are "made to order" and there isn't a warehouse full of frames ripe for the picking. Sometimes we get very lucky and another territory has cancelled something and Giant HQ has it in stock. This is very rare though. I think it's happened twice.

Coenie, I believe you want a Anthem X frame in Black? Where did you see that the aftermarket frame comes in this colour? The US, Int and UK sites all show the aftermarket frame as being brushed/black (brushed with black logos and details).

Morning. As Mavic SA has never imported 20mm through axle wheelsets, we have never had the need for adaptors. We don't have any for sale. If you bought these wheels from a store other than a Mavic SA dealer or from outside of SA, you will need to contact the relevant store and obtain adaptors from them.

We have some 22's arriving in Mid June, around the 18th. You'll have to get your LBS to backorder you one ASAP, because we aren't getting many.

We aren't the only ones bringing in Mavic, Solomans did/are, CWC, Comobike, Icycling. The competion is good and it has made us go back to Mavic and work towards better deals so we can try compete with CWC and CRC. We can't compete with the special sales prices but we are trying to keep everyone happy. Sorry you had bad dealings with Dragons. There's alot of new faces here now and we're trying to focus on giving better service to our dealers and in turn, the end user, you.

I'm just making sure I understand. I foresee that in a matter of time, you will only be able to buy from this new e-store, as no other store will stock the products, and therefore there will be no competion to keep prices in check.

CRC are the wholesaler! And we (Dragons Sports) don't have RRP for our products.

ITS CALLED BUYIN IN BULK AT THE MANUFACTURER!!! HELLOOOO! bulk = Discount And selling direct to the public instead of to the LBS's (like all/most wholesalers). CRC is a wholesaler, not an LBS.

Well someone would be making money from using my face/body/skills etc. so does that make it ok? I think not.

I was just talking to someone about this sort of thing in our BMX circles. We get people just pitching up at our local park or trails and shooting photo's of us riding. Next thing you are on someones website being used to sell bikes, healthcare/insurance, milkshakes or school supplies. I understand her anger.

Dragons Sports has one. We usually do the bikes for the other wholesalers and bike shops. Take you bike into your LBS and get them to send it to us. We do not deal direct with the public, so please ask your LBS to contact us about price etc.
