  1. Woohoo! Kinky...en ek dink jellytot het mos boobies??
  2. No one wants me to play with their boobies
  3. Come around and I'll show you another use for them
  4. Het jy boobies?
  5. Don't you start Nah it's usually great in the beginning, but then after a while you get someone else's program thats been changed slightly. Or you ask for a program update, and never get an answer, while other riders (with boobies) get personal updates twice a week
  6. Oh I'm going to stir with this one, but I have yet to find someone I'm willing to pay to coach me...to many bad experiences...
  7. Dammit, Mint's was supposed to be my backup!
  8. bruce: I have also personally asked BikeMax if he would be keen to do a test with and without Qrings on the set of athletes and unfortunately at the time Peter couldn't commit. It would still be a good idea, and can be easily monitored in a environment like Sports Science Institute with the aid of power meters. I've said it before and I'll say it again though. The whole "train with power crowd" comes across rather agressive in their approach in stating "training with power is the only way" and "if you don't train with power you will never reach your potential". Please don't forget not everyone has R6000 upwards to spend on one of the devices, be it PowerTap, SRM, Polar etc. This shouldn't stop them from looking at lower cost alternatives to improve their performance. Just my 2c
  9. I'll be doing it again when it's not raining for sure. Awesome way to spend two days. Thank your parents again for letting me stay over please!!
  10. I've been busy at work people! Really busy the past two months but still riding my bike...albeit very slowly...
  11. Oh hell yeah... Let's see...riding to Worcester in the wind yesterday, meeting Nellie on top of the pass. Have only one pucture on the ride.. Today attempt riding back to Cape Town. Hit rain. Hit glass on the way to pass, slice tyre. Stand in freezing wind and rain hitching a ride to closest Lodge. Call parental unit to fetch. Wait for an hour drinking coffee and shivering with nellie. Wouldn't trade it for anything! Love you nellie! You're a good friend!!
  12. Cancellara really does take the racing by the horns...top notch for taking the race to them!
  13. TitusTi Good to know even Giro and 24hr super-beings like TitusTi goes through this...curse NewPort Cafe's good coffee...it's one reason to ride.
  14. Hi BikeMax I had a look at my training logs from last year, and exactly this time last year I was down with bad flu for three weeks, and then started commuting in mid July 2006 (still almost a month away), which obviously did my season a load of good, since I had my best season ever (see why training logs are a good thing!!) Hence I'm not to concerned with the training...once I get in to it again, I should be fine come the first league race. I was just wondering if anyone else also felt this way for extended periods of time?
  15. ..my bike in almost three weeks, apart from one ride with 'niterider' that ended up being a 48km coffee shop ride, and I'm still not back in to that "want to ride" feeling.. Guess I needed more rest than I thought... Anyone else ever had this?
  16. I like the white spokes though...reminds me of my Spinergy's (love the sig nellie!)
  17. When I was adjusting the 5th Element on my Blur I was given the rule "one 3rd down".. Maybe pm TitusTi or dirt-rider for more detail...
  18. Hey Marius, glad to see doing those shorter routes and beating the girls / u16's paid off. Now the real pain starts!!
  19. I already commute almost daily...makes a huge difference in your fitness and training.. I'd surely vote for a safer route though...
  20. Where do you live?
  21. Now if you have one of those older gold editon TCR Giant's like WorcesterWheelers, and the matching gold Elite bottle cages, then it's bike pimpin'...don't forget the gold Nokon cables.. That said, I tore out 9 spokes on my Campy Vento rear after a year of use (uses the same G3 spoke system). Waiting on our good friends at J&J to hear if they're going to replace the wheel.
  22. Ok, ENOUGH!! This wasn't open for discussion! I think Crux and Linnega agrees with me...one more peep or eep or groan or complaint about freedom of speech or whatever injustice you've been done, or what car you drive etc from any of you, and the thread just gets killed. If you have a problem with it, pm me, and I'll gladly give you Admin's phone number and you can complain about me!
