Hi, without having to scroll through these hundreds of pages please could someone advise me. I recently purchased a Fenix 3HR and cannot seem to find the best setting to record a gym session, tried indoor run, insufficient, made a custom one, ditto, cardio has also failed. Going to try strength training next. The cardio one was the last one and with an average heartbeat in the 90's was insufficient. Gym starts with a 2km trail run as warm up and then inside for punishment

Now that the 5 is out I have just received my 3 hr, what is the correct setting to record a gym session on as I can't seem to find a cardio as per older Garmin. My gym does include a 2km trail run as it's warm up. Thanks for any advice

I also had a gammy granny, almost sounded like the front derailleur was rubbing, but with 1X that's obviously not possible, had it on my Trance and transferred it to my 110, this is where I discovered that I had the wrong q-factor on my crank. Bought the correct crank ( phoned Pat and Hilton to get that) and voila, a quiet bike!!

Awesome!! Exactly the same move I made, cannot believe the difference in nimbleness and how it handles the rough stuff in comparison to the Trance! Also rides a lot lighter even though it is heavier on the scale. Are you running similar pressure in the shocks or running lower? I went from 25% on the trance to 20-35%, heard some guys are going as low as 40%. Just doesn't seem to bottom out

Finally my build is finished, I think . Just had the forks powder coated black and put on the custom decals from Tyrone, very happy. Now she looks as good as she rides! Think I might still take those rim decals off too.

That would make it a stiffy disc right?

Really a great idea for a product, mine has saved me and others countless times, but unfortunately gone wondering unexpectedly after trackside knocks. Feel the plastic should perhaps be of a softer more malleable type for the exposed regions and perhaps do the screw in bit as a Alu or similar metal insert as mine have also stripped ( thread tape works ). Love the idea but don't think I will be replacing at current price and longevity
