    Thanks for the reply, tossing up between the Sunrade and Shimano at the moment, Shimano M8000 @ R1000 on CRC at the moment. Not sure to have more even gearing or a tighter gearing with a big jump to granny

    And then we can start the pre-Friday fight of braai spice. I like just salt and pepper, then some guy puts this worcestershire sauce infused with msg rubbish on my perfectly aged grass fed c-grade rump. No, No and No!! Each to their own so don't do that to mine!

    I refuse point blank to do well done meat, will take it to a certain point and hand the tongs over so they can stuff it up, shame the poor animal has died once already!! We also have a habit of cooking a steak or 2 first, nice and rare, slicing and passing around with dipping salt and sauce, maybe some squeezed lemon too!
