what do you need G?

I've been doing "free" programs for years and as you say they only take you so far and then starts to drop off. since having a coach my fitness and (more importantly) fatigue is managed to a tee. I also find that even without goals just having someone looking over my shoulder is motivation enough.

a mate of mine in school had a nissan 1400 which was raised like that. it landed on its roof more than once......

I learned a few things yesterday Road tubeless is a SOB To remove a stubborn bead, use a credit card. Either take the wheel to the LBS and pay them to do it or, put the card between the tire and the rim and work it all the way around the tire. This helps breaking the bead loose from the rim where you can't get the tire lever in. A high pressure washer has a place in a workshop, it really helps to remove the sealant build up on the inside of the tire (just watch out for your feet)

Crazy. I measured 25 just before I left the house

some sort of heatwave in Slummies today avg temp between 05:00 and 09:30 was 29deg (according to garmin) taking a breather (and then I stopped taking pics) Recovery at my favourite coffee shop before the final 10k's to get home
