    Condolences to the loved ones and family, RIP. 😢 Ive ridden the loop literally thousands of times in the last 25 years and hate the Beyers Naude stretch. I've been hit by a car once (below Nedbank Conference Centre), and luckily only broken side and front ribs broken bike and a broken shoe as the car wheel ended up parked across my toes....

    The hidden benefit is there's never been a better time to buy a used bike...... I ride a 10 year old XC bike with less than up to date suspension and I'm pretty sure I can hold my own against most riders my age on new shiny stuff, and my road bike is a Super Six Evo but with 10 Speed and rim brakes and I'm enjoying my riding more than ever! I can't afford to upgrade so I'm comfortable riding what I brung.

    They DID help the problem a lot but in the end I sold the shoes and noughts a size that fits better. I have the innerd if you'd like them, I'm based in Fourways.

    I'm pretty sure there is a size limit although I can't remember how big. I normally compress prior to uploading.

    I had issues with the CSIXX gold oval one-by ring wearing very prematurely, so I ditched oval and went back to the OEM Round.

    Thanks for the heads up. The one in the ad is a simple/typical sort of older style chainring that's gonna need seperate bolts whereas mine is similar to this Stronglight .. with the threads in the chainring as per attached.

    It took me 26 years of cycling to eventually lose the weight I wanted to and it only took 6 months to lose 27kg do don't give up 😄 Good luck! 💪

    Hi there I'm looking for either a Shimano 130 BCD 5 Bolt 53 chainring for my FC 6700 Shimano crankset, thus either a good used Shimano outer chainring or advice as to what reasonably priced aftermarket options exist (Rotor very pricey), bearing in mind how it bolts vs OEM etc. If it's Shimano, my current chainrings are the grey colour..... Cheers

    Not wanting to rain on anyone's parade but cleaning and waxing a chain is so easy it's less hassle than booking the Pudo, getting in my car and doing the 10km return trip to drop off and collect a chain. Maybe it's just me.

    I bought a very early Bontrager dropper that I got cheap on the Hub as the buyer made no secret of the fact it has a lot of play. (You can rebuild the old ones and the newer ones have a keyway you can buy). It has huge play but you do NOT notice the play at all while you're riding.

    My brother took his bike to a well known LBS in Fourways to have a 36T chainring and new chain fitted for a fast and flat race. He found the chain too short as they simply copied the length of the old one....😬 Solved by adding back links Good luck.

    I've been using the STD Enduro Seal in my roadbike (using tubes) at 7 bar and seldom get punctures. Gator skin tyres. Touching 🪵
