  1. That's relative I guess. Even on sale I wouldn't call that cheap.
  2. Two pages of 5 star ratings in the classifieds and then this **** up? Something is outside ordinary. Oh, and only 74 ads, I wouldn't have immediately assumed he was a dealer. I know a guy in Benoni that plenty of other guys give their stuff to to post for sale here, making him have a lot of ads, but he's just a guy.
  3. I missed the last 9 pages, did you post the original pic from the ad, and the edited one to show the crack?
  4. Looks fine, except the location of Midrand and the photo next to a CA numberplate.
  5. Maybe. I have three different Shimano ones though. Out of all of them, the Scott are the loosest fitting at the same size.
  6. I have size 43 Shimano, Fizik, Northwave, Scott, Pearl Izumi all fit the same really.
  7. The value is not always in the item. It's often in our minds. https://toughnickel.com/frugal-living/How-to-Know-the-Real-Value-of-Things
  8. I prefer this definition: I think it renders the OP's bikes almost worthless.

  11. Yeah, I'm slowly getting upset looking at the pictures from non-Gauteng hubbers riding their bikes in the sun.
  12. I have a podium there. My team mate one it that year.
  13. They missed a trick by not have B Schutte guest star in this trash.
  14. Take your own or borrow a road bike and ride Magoebaskloof/George's Valley/Tzaneen/Magoebaskloof.

  16. I understand that's due to the extremely low temperature of the co2 that causes the latex sealant to harden. Is that true?
  17. Thanks for the help guys. I ordered one of those vibration under pillow alarms suggested, hopefully that wakes me only, and let's the Chinese sleep.
  18. One of 10 and one of 12. The tandem fortunately is a 3x9...
  19. That's the right surname to be a Rapport Toer organiser.
  20. She's only here every second weekend.
  21. I'll look for that app.
  22. I'm not sure where to post this, but it's training related. I get up at 4:15 to be out the door at like 4:50 in order to meet the training group at the BP in time (well, actually 4:14 as I can't handle that odd number in setting my alarm, like the volume on the TV must always be an even number, I digress...) and the alarm going off is waking up the Chinese and causing a bit of disharmony in the home. What way is there to be woken up without an alarm going off? I tried the vibrate on the smart watch thing, but I get irritated with the watch during the night and take it off in my sleep. What other options are there?
  23. DD Mabuza.
