The first items of documentation I ask for when underwriting a new risk are: Invoice Photos Valuation Serial numbers (where applicable) Without those I don't accept it. Even greater detail is requested in the event of a claim against the policy. The OP doesn't strike me as "dodge", he has played open cards from Post #1. I can't say the same for the LBS however.

The OP said the pic he posted was taken by ASG, confirming it was fake. Looks like a dead ringer for the OP's 91K purchase, just about 30k less expensive. Cycle Psychos were making good money on these counterfeit frames.

Says a HELL OF A LOT, when combined with their original behaviour, struggle accounting, refusal to engage initially and then the lawyer's letter. Cycle Psychos are their own worst enemy.

I'm not so sure about that Spoke. A standard factory colour can't be considered a "respray" by the factory, and the lawyer's letter (assuming it was a lawyer that wrote it) makes far too big a deal about it. I reckon it may just have been sprayed locally. I wouldn't put anything past Cycle Psychos, it appears they're capable of anything to make a quick buck. Anyway, as I said earlier, the VAT component and spray job may account for the shortfall you're looking for.

Diffs is you're likely to cause a nasty head-on collision if you ride against the grain.

91k was "inclusive" of VAT, the 37.5k frame price is probably exclusive. The dodgy spray job probably also isn't included, which accounts for part or all of the shortfall. My meds are kicking in, don't feel like doing math after school

Ahhhh ok. So Andie had an old genuine Pina you inherited, which he replaced with a fake Pina without bottle cages at Psycho Cycles, and then replaced that with a genuine (some say "grey" but I don't) Pina down under? Got it!

OP's replies below are the reason I, on a personal level, accept his version as near to gospel as dammit. On the other hand, the LBS has been absent, save for a poorly written, inconsistent, legalese response today. The longer this saga goes on, the deeper Cycle Psychos dig themselves into trouble.
