Yes Garrethk, thats what i meant when i said "Front Derailluers guide is adjust as close as possible to the big ring while the chain is on". I think there is possibly only 2mm space between guide and chain on ring.

Then you'll probably end up with a better overall standing on the results table than me.

Sorry for dropping in on you like this Muggins; but i've got a question for the experts... My chain keeps falling off!!!!! i went to my local bike shop they said to me that the chain length is correct and my Front Derailluers guide is adjust as close as possible to the big ring while the chain being on. Now... i have a Sram X7 rear mech (not type 2), and most times during my descent while pedaling and not changing, my chain falls off(the big ring that is). what could be the cause? it is getting very frustrating now and i am seriously contemplating getting a chain guide (But then my dropper post budget will be stuffed! ) So if there is a way to solve this problem without buying anything then please advise! thnx

Thanks guys, i tried contacting them via e-mail about a product I bought a few months ago. I am not too happy with the quality of the product, defects started roughly 2 months back. I tried to ignore the defects, but now i would actually just like to figure out what is going on. I tried getting easybike to comment, it has been two weeks and still no reply.

Has anyone been able to successfully e-mail easy bike and get a reply via e-mail during the last two weeks?

Anyone know where i can get the wheel straps which fit into the wheel holders of the BnB platform rack? I need four, maybe extra two as spares...

My chain keeps falling off, could it be the chain length, or are there other things to consider? it doesnt happen at the time of changing to the bigger ring (2x10), rather during the ride. there are three screws on my RD, High/low and the 3rd adjusts the distance between the the hub area and pullys. i assumed that screw is for chain tension. It is at its maximum already... Any suggestions welcomed.

my buddy wants to sell his medium 29er 2013 GT karakoram... i think its the Karakoram 1, i know its the top spec in its range... he bought it new outv shop. Just some FYI if you are looking into the second hand market

My bike is brand new, out of the box.... and im not too sure if i can find my proof of purchase but yeah, i hear you.

i've only ridden contermans a few times, i use the honesty box because im not a member. i do intend spending a bit of time there during winter. to those that know, if i wanted to ride the blue trail and the black trail, what would be the easiest way to link the routes? I have only ever road from the parking at the hut to the mast, and then singletrack down to the car. I would like to get more singletrack in next time I ride there. Any suggestions/recommendations are welcome...

Does the volume of the 2.4 X-king look similar to the Volume of the 2.1 Excavator? if no diff, why not just swap them around?
