its probably just a temporary license that was emailed, while your actual physical card is being sent to you...just so that you can enter races etc while you wait for the card.... on the other hand, maby they have really cracked into patheticness now...time will tell

bb30 is supposedly somewhat stiffer and better because it decreases the effective width of the whole crank setup...but in my oppinion gxp is just as awesome and no difference can be felt lol
thing about being a sprinter is you can hang on all the way to the end...but youl always finnish strong!! maby it even helps with visualisation for the next day?? ... must be good for something
i always have the same feeling the day after donating...i think the reason is that all the nutrients and blood hasnt fully been replaces, and as your body tries to replenish it it uses alot of energy.... so high heartrate - less blood, needs to pump faster . you should be fine in a day or two, just drink ALOT of water, take some general vitamins and nutritional pills etc
As i saw this, it was only for SA champs that individual riders could ride at the discression of comms....other races are strictly for teams i think maby it still changes ?
Ya boet your 100% right hey...its like a feeder bunch for pro teams, allows cat2 to race like normal, without teams though, and not interfere with the pro racing, but can still allow the good okes to be recognised.... i think what CSA has now is actually a great strategy, there are some little hickups to sort out but overall its actually great!! if it sucks, we can anyway all just boycott them and get it back to normal?

maby just check if your position on the bike is right, so that when you pedals are at horizontal your knee does not exceed over the pedal axel.....i had a similar prob, moved my saddle backwards and it was gone in a flash cheers
i find chamois cream does make a ride more comfortable...not for your a$$ but just in general down in the chamois region
its a sort of lubricant between chamois and skin, so prevents that sticky uncomfortable feeling
