  3. It is not even summer yet,but already there was a tragic drowning in Durban of a little 3 yr old in a half empty pool.At that age they get around pretty quickly and have to be watched all the time especially around water. Please make a point of keeping an eye on the little ones this summer, don't even turn your back on them for a moment. This goes for dams, rivers ,pools and sea Very important to learn CPR and First Aid. Teach them to swim at an early age. If you have a NSRI in your area get them to do a water safety demo at your local school. Be safe out in the water this summer. ps.the only time you mix alcohol and water is when you add water to your whisky, drink responsibly

  8. This looks like the circle at the Kronendal retirement village. This section of the M6 from the Victoria rd traffic lights to the Houtbay Saps is very narrow and should be avoided, especially during peak traffic hours.Better to use Daphne rd to get to Empire Rd from Victoria Rd.If you are going up Valley rd you will have to use this section of the M6 but remember the road over Constantia Nek is even more dangerous.

  15. I am sure some traffic congestion will be solved if Metro rail got their act together and did not have to cancel +/- 20 trains per peak, made space for bikes on a coach and developed to train stations into shopping areas with security ,which will hopefully get rid of the thugs hanging around at some stations.

  21. From Race No.& reg info CSA SANCTIONING – Despite numerous attempts to have the events grievances with regards to ongoing issues in our area considered – the Lions could not find a solution with Cycling South Africa. For these reasons the event has chosen NOT to be sanctioned or to pay over any monies to CSA in 2016. Infighting never seems to stop, can't we just get along?
