During peak traffic under CT Civic Centre-be careful not to get run over by a luggage trolley as these guys hussle to get luggage to the long distance busses

I would like to appeal to ladies riding ALONE on the cycle track between Lower Church st and CT Civic Centre to be very careful.Rather link up with another rider/'s.Saw 2 ladies riding alone yesterday.

Went for some game viewing at Koeberg this morning.Only 1 other rider out and plenty of game around.Lekka South Easter on the way back

Regularly ride in Koeberg and have never seen any bad boys around . Seen ladies riding by themselves

Frustrating to have to avoid broken beer bottles on the cycle lane on Monday mornings.Would have thought Heineken drinkers would have more class.

If you think you can beat the peak hour traffic by using the cycle lanes in Bree st,think again. Cycle lanes are blocked by construction trucks,delivery vans, electrical contracters and pedestrians forcing cyclists to swerve into traffic.Be careful out there!!

Should have known better than to leave my bike outside Golden Acre after being stopped from taking it inside.Was assure by security guard that he would look after it .Came back to find pepperspray missing and security missing as well.MOTHER!@#

Some guys on Marine drive in the dark at 7.am this morning in heavy traffic.Fancy front lights but rear lights need new batteries!!! I am off to get some new ones for myself.Rather use cycle track.

Had saddle problems after stopping for coffee in Muizenberg this morning.Popped into the Caledonian cycles branch in Muizenberg.The owner dropped what he was doing even ignoring phone calls to help me out at no charge .Big up !!!Some good priced 2nd hand bikes in store.

Lots of waterfalls on Ou Kaapse Weg as well.Disgusted by all the rubbish next to the road

Caretaker doesn't mind bikes coming in.The price actually dropped from R9 recently .There is a guy called Al that teaches all ages to swim and the kids love him.My son still calls it Al's pool

For safety sake I would like to suggest that cyclists go through the stop and go section at the back of the convoy.This cuts down on driver frustration at having to wait for the cyclists to clear this narrow section and will prevent cyclists being clipped by cars\mirrors

Expect pedestrians to do the unexpected.While cycling on the cycle lane near Woodstock make a noise to warn pedestrians otherwise they are going to jump into the space left for you to pass.

Bunch riding in the middle of the field is frustrating( Group JJ) .Bunches fizzle out .Then you battle into the wind.By the time the next bunch come past there are to many bikes around you to hook up..Or guys sit behind you and don't come to the front to do there share..Wind causes riders to ride on the right hand side of the road,limiting the space for bunches to come through ,forcing one to pass on the left
