  1. Drool. That is one awesome bike
  2. Hi Face PLant. There is only one option that I know of. The Niner RDO rigid fork. See pics of it on my build on the previous page. The issue is be prepared to spend quite a bit and you need a tapered headset frame.
  3. Hi BBN Here is the link the the correct Swop Outs, if you couldn't find them http://www.on-one.co.uk/i/q/FSOOCNCSO/on_one_cnc_anodized_swap_out
  4. I took it for a 40km ride on Saturday and there seems to be no issues. It is only a temporary solution for me though. My Horizontal dropouts will be fitted in the next few weeks
  5. My Lurcher Single Speed, and no I am not BBN's twin Brother. Mine is a bit lighter, but then again I am not cruising with that awesome Brookes Saddle.
  6. Wolf Components Chain ring, Thanks Janos
  7. Ok, the One One Lurcher project has been completed. Here are some pics
  8. Nice bike
  9. Just got an e-mail from Jamie at Planet X, the drive side (type C) dropouts arrived yesterday will be on their site today. They are sending me one free of charge, yippee.
  10. Thanks Eldron
  11. HaHa. A pushbike could be quite painful, going through a rock garden with the rigid fork
  12. Here is the Frame-set.
  13. Received my frame today, yippee. They are also sending me a tensioner for free. Wasn't prepared to wait for the matching fork, so blew the budget on a Niner RDO fork. It cost more than the frame landed, but is a thing of beauty. Now to strip my Scandal and transfer the parts I will be using over to the new frame.
  14. Awesome looking bike. Getting my Medium Black Lurcher frame this week. What size frame do you have? The only issue I have is that On One have run out of the drive-side Swap out SS dropout and I will have to run the bike with a tensioner until October.
  15. Pity, you cant see the registration number. That guy should be arrested!
  16. What chainring are you using with the XX1 crankset?
  17. Lucky for me the local suppliers still had old stock so getting it for less than what it is advertised on the Niner website given the dollar / rand stuff up.
  18. Yip. Was going to use the wheelset from my existing SS but the front hub is QR. Guess I will have to buy a new wheelset, damn....
  19. Have just pulled the trigger on one of these babies for a new single speed project I am working on. Getting it tommorow.
  20. Sounds like you have made your choice.
  21. Oh and I think the green on black looks much better
  22. There is your answer. The problem is you have to spend alot of money to get a dualsusser to weigh the same as an average hardtail. If you are not going to do alot of technical stuff, it means that you are carrying 1.76 kgs extra around in case you need rear suspension.
