    I am in need of a 10 speed Shimano shifter, to fit a Deore rear derailleur. I broke mine.

    I eat Futurelife every day, except when I go for a ride early in the morning, then I eat Pronutro. Futurelife does not go well with my stomach when I cycle.

    The Clicks buy three and pay for two specials still work out cheaper than the buy three and pay for three at other stores (well, the items that I shop for).

    When I need to replace my two Crossmark tyres, I will be going the same way, Rekon up front and Crossmark on the back. I already have the tyres waiting for me in my Garage. Crossmark is 2.10 and Rekon is 2.25. I have no idea if this will be better than two Crossmark tyres that I've been riding for the last 5 years. Just want to experiment with new combinations.

    Once I was riding a jeep track with long grass on the sides and in the middle. At around 25 km/h I saw a cobra 1m ahead of me, over the coiled up snake I went. I went straight home and I sat in the corner of my shower. That jeep track never saw me again.

    The problem with riding over a puffy, I don't carry any spare shorts on my rides.
