  3. Have a look here: http://capecoffeebeans.co.za/collections/coffee-grinders Three grinders, three budget ranges. All are pretty good in their price range.

  6. What size frame are you? I ride an XL, but my Epic parter has an L, and Grant Usher has a Medium in the shop. Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk

  8. There is stock. Just go to your nearest repeller. Sprocket n Jack if you're close enough! Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk
  9. Starbucks has been here before. They were in a few hotels. They closed down because they couldn't beat seattle. I tried there coffee then, and it's not great. Not terrible, certainly not great. Kinda like nespresso. More focus on reproducing a consistent flavour than a good one. There was something plastic about the flavour. Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk
  10. You lucky mofo. Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk
  11. In SA, pick the walking route on Google maps. Works very well. It usually suggests the spruit if it's on your route. Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk
  12. Started commuting again properly this week. My commute took a knock with all the Epic training requirements. So much happier! Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk
  13. Yip. It's works beautifully. Once you know, you know. Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk
  14. It's not a thing. Oval was a great decision for me on my SS. Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk
  15. Yip. Plenty of surprise hills out there too! If they're not too long, I prefer to push one full lever through all the clicks and push the climb. 4 clicks on 1x11 is ok. On 1x12, 5 may be better....
  16. This is awesome. Expensive, but awesome. Simplicity of 1x, but with full range. That lever better last through all the quick changes though, and more than one downshift at a time would be nice.
  17. 12.9 kg on the stock Stage MAX, XL. Tyres are Maxxis Ardent 2.4 up front, and ikon back. That incudes a Pike and a dropper. Plenty light enough for me.
  18. Pm with pricing please?
  19. OK. I'm starting to toy with the idea of converting me Simple into a sort of Franken Steel Road build. Anyone done this?
  20. Natural order of things trying to find the limits of a bike that almost doesn't have any. [emoji12]
  21. Sorry for the spam, but I've updated the Truth cupping thread.... Please could everyone go there and confirm...
  22. You must be stoked! Welcome!
  23. It's sounds silly. I know. But your best bet is water, tea, coffee. Add some lemon to the water if you must. The only way to break the addiction is to break it. After a month of no sugar, you actually won't like the taste anymore..... Or at least I don't. I miss what I used to like, but it doesn't taste the same anymore.
  24. I really can't understand people saying lchf is expensive. Where the hell do you shop? Veggies and the cheap cuts of meat. That's all you need. If you're buying other expensive stuff, that's a choice, not a requirement.
  25. 120 has smaller wheels, and doesn't come in XL. Stage MAX has negligible extra travel, but has bigger wheels, and comes in XL. Carbon was a bonus. The rear end, according to people that have ridden both, is "apparently" more stable while putting the power down on the Stage and Stage MAX. I haven't ridden the 110 or 120, so I can't comment there. Either way, you're going to smile.
