  1. I was at the finish watching teams come over and HC had 6 although Swift was basically dragging Dlamini over the line.
  2. They have different coaching options to suite each person.
  3. Thank you, I follow all the coaches on twitter and decided I will be starting with them 1st December and looking forward to it. They look really passionate and their knowledge is also really up to date.
  4. That makes a lot of sense. Can we ask who you use as a coach and are they motivating on the days or weeks you not motivated to get on the bike?
  5. Get hold of John Wakefield or Mike Posthumus at Science to Sport. The #1 training company in SA. They incredible at what they do. If you want I will PM you their details.
  6. Tunariaan and Jaco - I hear what you saying and agree to a point but would that be like saying that cause you have bunked a day at work or lied about why you can't come in the same as effectively cheating so should you be fired and not allowed to work again? Don't say it's not the same cause it is. Just a thought.
  7. The 500 is brilliant, you have nothing to worry about. Just check for a software update when you get it.
  8. Hold the button down when the file is shown for 5 sec, it will flash and ask if you want to delete then press red button if I am correct.
  9. Do a re-set on the unit by holding the 3 buttons simultaneously. This has happend on my 510 after about 2 weeks of having it.
  10. Personality, history, genuine mistake vs cheating etc. Either way not good on any side.
  11. No not at all. As I said in my post above 1 mistake and you can start over for the better. David on the other hand has carried on doping regardless of being benched with to high Hct on basically every team he has been on due to doping so for him he felt nothing. 2 Different scenarios.
  12. I agree with you. I believe everyone deserves a 2nd mistake on their wrong doing providing they don't "do it again" and make right. So far he has.
  13. When did you become strong?
  14. That's not entirely true. Nolan wanted to leave that team for sometime and had better offers. When he wanted to he was told of he left the team sponsor would pull out and all the riders would have no team including the club etc. he stayed cause of that. He was also pressured into riding each and every race by management and not allowing his injury to heal.
  15. Im not suprised and upset at the same time. The 1st year it was held it was a brilliant event and then it just went downhill from there in all aspects from route, organisation etc.
  16. Scott Richardson - Versatile on any bicycle; Only rider ever in SA to represent their country on road, track and mountain biking. Went on to manage and train the very dominant back the Microsoft, MTN Microsoft teams before moving overseas but not to sure what he is doing over there.
  17. Orica bring something special every year. Very good team.
  18. Jay is a legend. Always been a huge fan of his.
  19. I would like to see the South African riders step it up a level and get some exposure in the races they enter that are on a bigger scale. Its great that JLA is back racing at this level and with the coaching of Dr Jeroen Swart in his corner I can only see great things for him. He is a incredible talent. Linus I hope also delivers, being a good friend of Ciolek got him onto the team and lets hope he returns to the level he was as a youngster when he won a stage at the Tour. Looking forward to their 2014 season and seeing Jay Thomson being in every break known to man hen he enters a race.
  20. Lies and contradicts himself a lot in his interviews and here is 1 classic example: Quote: LA: Back then, and I think people on the team can testify, I was never a warm and fuzzy person who wanted to trust everyone. I viewed everyone as having an agenda. I didn’t totally trust a lot of them. A lot of that you just had to deal with as you’ve got to have a team and teammates. Looking back on it, there were a handful of people who should never have been on the team but you have the roster and you have to field the best team you can. The characters are well known Quote: LA: I don’t trust anybody. Quote: LA: I didn’t say they have an agenda, I just said I don’t trust them. Quote: LA: Well, when you’re on top of the world like that, there are people who have agendas. I was extremely loyal. I kept the same inner team, you plug and play with new riders but the structure of management whether it’s [bill] Stapleton or [bart] Knaggs, [Mark] Higgins or Johan [bruyneel], the same core group was always the same. Despite this team taking off like a rocket. It’s easy to say I cast people out, but if you stand back and look at it you could almost say I’ve been loyal to a fault.
