So my Whoop strap arrived on Friday. Easy enough to pair, update and set up. Initial key differences in intel v Apple Watch or Garmin, that I can see anyway, is the collection rate of data (100 times per second v 1 per 5 minutes when not training) and the analysis. It appears to build up an accurate picture of your strain and recovery needs over time, so should theoretically be more and more useful. At this stage it is not giving me a full picture as it requires 4 sleeps before doing so.
