You going for Podium. Started last week with training. Boy did I chop off at 65km. Cramped all the way home. Did a 100km ride. Worst cramps in 2 years. :cursing:
Hi, anybody got advice for Frozen shoulder. Normal pain killers and anti inflamatory meds dont work. Its affecting my wifes ride. Looks like a trip to the Doc is next. Thanks in advance for your replies.
OH it will help. You should be able to do the K2C an hour faster than the Tip trans. I used the tip trans as a training ride with 4 stops(water points), tyre pressure(to see what worked for me) and liquids/eats on the bike. Worked out nicely. Remember to take a buff to cover your mouth incase the wind blows. C u there and lets all have an awesome eventful day. Hope you have the names of the SAPS and time that you were there. Complain the the Station commander, if that doesnt work then take it up with the Area commander. If that doesnt work the try the Provincional office of General Lamoer. :cursing: If that doesnt work then nothing will, just thank the Lord that you guys are OKAY. :w00t:
Can we use our Hub names, we can make this a real awesome event for everyone to want to ride. Just think of all the GEES amongst the HUBBERS ONCE WE IDENTIFY ONE ANOTHER. Just a thought
