  4. never have issues with the below method: boil as per normal in plain watertake off heatrun cold water for a about a minute while egg is still in the potcrack the egg - properly (lightly bash it against kitchen counter)chuck egg back in the waterand begin to peelevery time you feel the shell sticking to the egg, put it back in the water and carry ontrick is to get the little membrane between the egg and the shell off with the shell and not sticking to the egg. Water helps with this.I peel an egg in 5 -10 seconds this way and don't waste any egg with the shell. Rocket science it is not

  12. Not today but about a month ago. Traveled to the USA for business and had to spend a weekend. Thought I just as well could get some riding in and rented this beauty (Niner) from a LBS. Dragged a colleague from the UK with me (rented an Ibis Ripley for him) and found a few good parks with awesome single track. Also made a stop at Lake Ontario on the day.
  13. Tinned Portuguese sardines on low GI toast with steamed broccoli and cauliflower. And a cup of jasmine green tea. Cupboards was kind of bare this morning running out of the house and not in the mood for take away. Really, really don't like sardines. Or pilchards. Yes, I do feel sorry for myself right now...
  14. O...M...G... now that cat is a bad ass!
  15. Well done Eddy! Hopefully this will help secure some good sponsorship(s) for Qhubeka.
  16. I've been rocking a 120mm Reba on my Anthem since early August. Also chucked the standard stem for something shorter. Can't believe the difference 20mm makes... Really, really love riding that bike at the moment!
  17. I will shamelessly post these again (not on this thread though) of my black beauty. She is a bit of bastard model being a 29er with 120mm fork so not a standard Anthem X or Anthem SX.
  18. standard 2016 Anthem paint colours
  19. posted pics here before but now she has a new 120mm Reba with black stanchions
  20. Auto-correct is NOT your friend...
  21. I also got my fork in Paris this week (pic above your post) for about 60% of the cost in SA...
  22. 120mm of REBA waiting to go on the Anthem...
  23. moms face has been photoshopped onto all the other bodies...
  24. I ride the spruit most weekends and twice in the week commuting; yes it does get boring... The sections added on for Juma however makes the race a lot of fun. Proper urban mountain biking. I wonder how much of the 54km Juma route most people actually ride each weekend? Thinking about it, probably less than 40% of the Juma route is on traditional spruit trails. Maybe less. This is turning into a real Marmite event.
