I concur - safe but can get boring. Wouldn't ride it alone though... Did 100km loop (well, 102.5km) three times in the last 2 months or so - nice prep for Sani with about 1800m ascent in that loop.
Saw these guys live at the recent Mumford & Sons gig in P-town. Really like the vibe they got going and really good live act! Not a proper video - just sound.

Can you still only get coffee at non-Shell Vida's? My local Vida (3rd ave in Parktown North) just closed down and my only options now are either Rosebank Mall or the new Standard Bank building - both are extremely inconvenient to grab a quick fix.

agree with you there. also found having the fenix strapped to the bike saved it from a few hard hard knocks when I run out of talent. fenix on the bars - optical sensor worth bupkiss
